Andris Nelsons and his orchestras – Gewandhausorchester Leipzig and Boston Symphony Orchestra – have released their joint boxset of the orchestral works of Richard Strauss on Deutsche Grammophon!

As part of the alliance between these two world-class orchestras, this epic 7-CD boxset features star soloists Yo-Yo Ma and Yuja Wang and an epic recording of the Festliches Präludium where these two orchestras join forces to play as one, which was recorded in Symphony Hall in November 2019 when the Gewandhausorchester Leipzig toured to Boston. The recordings are available digitally and in the immersive Dolby Atmos format.
